On May 20th, 1996 Talkweb Information System Co., Ltd was founded with a registered capital of 5 million Yuan.
In April 2001, Shanghai Xiquan Investment Co., Ltd, whose shareholder was Hunan TV & Broadcast Intermediary Co., Ltd, invested 14.8 million Yuan as a strategic investor, increasing the registered capital to 7.14 million Yuan.
In May 2001, This Company changed into a limited one with a new name “Hunan Talkweb Information System Co., Ltd” under the approval of Hunan Local Finance and Securities Leading Group Office. The registered capital increased to RMB 27,420,561 Yuan.
In August 2004, after the bonus-drawing project, the registered capital increased to RMB 41,130,842 Yuan. In October, the amount reached RMB 43,068,945 Yuan with the investment of new shareholders.
In September 2005, Shanghai Xiquan Investment Co., Ltd transferred all the shares 12,339,252 to Hunan TV & Broadcast Intermediary Co., Ltd.
In August 2006, the shareholders decided to split capital stock with the distributable profit, and the registered capital increased to 59.87 million Yuan.
